1.       Gandhi Nagar Govt School : Pavan will co-ordinate on the next set of activities. 

2.       Link Road Govt School : Pavan/Pramod will co-ordinate on the next set of activities.

3.       Baswesvara School : Pramod/Ravi to come on the budget plan and which will further be approved/2010

4.       Devanahalli Govt School : Three Green Boards  :: Jana and Pramod will check on the Price.

5.       Garden city public school -> Pavan to check for Basic English Class

6.       Activity leaders to come up with the Agenda and plan for their respective activities

7.       Saneguruvanahalli school -> Pramod to check with the principal for Quiz
